At Matteau, we strive for complete satisfaction with your purchase; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and hygiene seals still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
